Ensure a safe and warm heating season.

	Start and test system for operation.
	Clean and adjust thermostat.
	Clean all safety controls.
	Remove and clean burners.
	Remove and clean pilot assembly (if equipped).
	Replace thermocouple (if equipped, at an additional charge).
	Check hot surface igniter if equipped (replace if necessary, at an additional charge).
	Remove and clean flame sensor (replace if necessary, at an additional charge).
	Vacuum controls.
	Search for gas leaks in furnace.
	Lubricate all moving parts, when equipped with oil cups.
	Drain expansion tank on boiler.
	Inspect reducing valve on boiler.

	Inspect flue pipe.
	Restart Furnace / Boiler to ensure proper operation.
	Adjust all safety controls.
	Monitor gas pressure and adjust if necessary.
	Adjust burners for efficiency.
	Report any required repairs to you and with your authorization we can make the correct repairs.

Energy Saving Agreements

An Energy Saving Agreement is just what your system needs. We know how busy you are. With an ESA we will notify you by mail and/or phone and let you that it is time to have your heating and cooling system tuned up and schedule a visit that is convenient for you. You will receive a 15% discount on the up front price repair. You will never be charged for an after hour diagnosis fee. You can sign up for one, two or three years. You tailor the ESA to you. An ESA can help reduce the inconvenient break downs and investment to repair.

Clean and inspect humidifier (replace the humidifier pad if necessary at an additional charge).

Clean and inspect water heater (at an additional charge). Remove and clean pilot assembly

and main burner. Monitor gas pressure and adjust if necessary. Restart water heater.

Inspect air cleaners (replace air filter media if necessary, at an additional charge).

All of our service and repairs are by the job, not by the hour. You know what the repairs are before the work is done.
