An Energy Saving Agreement is just what your system needs.  We know how busy you are.  With an ESA we will notify you by mail and/or phone and let you that it is time to have your heating and cooling system tuned up and schedule a visit that is convenient for you.  You will receive a 15% discount on the up front price repair.  You will never be charged for an after hour diagnosis fee.  You can sign up for one, two or three years.  You tailor the ESA to you.  An ESA can help reduce the inconvenient break downs and investment to repair.

Set-Back Thermostats

Set back thermostats can save you money.  Why should you heat or cool your home when no one is home and waste energy?  If someone is home during the day, what about at night?  Do you turn your thermostat down at night or when you leave the home and the turn it back up in the morning or when you return to home?  If you have answered yes to just one of these questions a set back thermostat is for you or someone you know.  A set back thermostat can be tailored to your daily habits.  Set back thermostats can also stop the temperature swings and even out the temperature and make you feel more comfortable.

Air Cleaners

Air cleaners can remove pet dander, dust particles, pollen, and some orders.  Also by adding an air cleaner, they can keep the blower motors and blower  wheels, secondary heat exchangers, air conditioning coils, and duct work clean and running at their top performance.

Ultra-Violet Air Cleanser

Steam Humidifiers

Humidifiers can help with dry air in the winter time.  If you experience a dry nose and a scratchy throat, this is caused by very dry air.  Humidifiers can also help with energy savings.  A dry home will have more air leaks to the outside due to windows and doors shrinking.  A humidified home will put moisture in the wood work and keep the windows and doors from shrinking and sealing the gaps. 

When the air is humidified, the hot dry air that is at the ceiling will become moist and fall to the floor and you feel warmer.  This can also help to lower your thermostat and reduce the fuel cost. 

Whole House De-Humidifiers

Whole house de-humidifiers can dry out the home during those hot and humid summer months.  A room de-humidifier can only remove about 1 gallon per day of moisture.  A room de-humidifier is what we commonly see in the basement.  A whole house de-humidifier can remove about 11 gallons of moisture per day.  A whole house de-humidifier is connected to your duct work to de-humidify your whole house not just your basement.  During the summer months, indoor humidity can be as high as 75% and at 72 degrees you still feel clammy.  With a lower humidity of approximately 45%, you can set your thermostat at a higher temperature and feel very comfortable and reduce your energy costs.  An air conditioner is also a de-humidifier but will only de-humidify until the thermostat is satisfied.

Central Vac System

A central Vac System will eliminate the old vacuum that you use today.  The Central Vac System vacuum canister is located in the garage and the debris that is sucked into the vacuum is no longer reintroduced in to the home making your home cleaner.   Why would you vacuum your carpets and floors and see the dust floating in the air when you are done?  A cleaner home means a healthier home.
